Excellent Great light for dark area at side of house. Also good for security as green light glows at night which matches green lights on alarm box so looks like it’s connected to alarm system. Works well with little daylight to charge too. Very pleased. By SueB

Good Light added this to my existing collection of solar lights - this has 3 settings which I assume are 750lu - 500lu - 250lu , the coloured mode indicator led stays on 24/7 to indicate the mode in use. the main light is a warmer colour than the other white 500lu units I use and so does not appear to be as bright as the white lights but handy to have the remote flexibility. Stylish Effective Wall Light I've recently purchased and installed a pair of Eco Wedge Plus Remote control security lights and have to say that I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of the process and product. Ordering was easy, delivery, on the free option, even arrived "next day" and The Solar Centre had a special offer on so the price was excellent too. After receipt I charged the lights in direct sunlight for a couple of days and then installed them at the weekend using the template supplied in the box. Installation height was 2.8 metres and spaced evenly about one third and two third along this side of the house to achieve as much light as possible whilst keeping suitable detection with the motion sensor. I've installed the lights on an east facing wall and primarily intend to use them in mode 2 (motion sensor only). The end result is that I get illumination along the whole of this side of the house with a good dropping to reasonable "throw" over about a 6 metre strip of the garden. What The Solar Centre don't make clear in the product information is that you can set the lights to three different power levels, the information above relates to the mid setting, using the higher setting gives great dropping to good illumination over a similar distance, this is another great plus point. As commented by other reviewers the remote is a real bonus, particularly if you want to set the lights to a different mode or even off. If I had to make one minor suggestion about the product that would be a plea to supply a couple of stainless pan head screws rather then the countersunk BZP ones supplied. So far a great product and highly recommended. By Chris Leonard
