Question:
Only had this lamp one week and it has rained nearly every day, as a result very little light and not for very long. Hoping better weather might result in an improved performance. By Jardine on Nov 21, 2015
Answer:
Thanks for your review. One thing you may not have tried is setting it to Powersaving mode. Even in poor weather you should still be getting good performance out of the light if it's installed in a good location.

Question:
Nice lights, let's see how long the last in the wind and rain (I'll take then in for winter). By Jonathan on May 15, 2016
Answer:
Thanks for your review. You'll be fine with these outdoor all year round, if you do choose to take them in just pop the batteries out the top while it's inside and put them back in again when you put it outside again.

Question:
Very pleased with the height.Well packaged.After3 days no light so I took it apart and consulted second page of instructions-for first time!
I could.not find the switch mentioned nor could 2other people.I was about to put it all back together when the ceiling light cast it's beam right on it.
Perhaps more precise detail of location would help.
It is working beautifully and I'm just going to order a second one

Question:
Have worked through many garden pillar lights, each lasting about a year before succumbing to rust on the electrical contacts. One from Homebase lasted 8 years - obviously better made than the norm.
Your delivery service was top notch. I joked with the delivery man that he was one minute late!
Light produces good level of brightness. I hope it lasts more than a year.
One improvement would be to incorporate some fins on the pole at ground level, as even when driven in right down to the top of the spike, strong winds blow it sideways. A previous light had two flat protruberences at this junction, which stopped the light moving. By A E Dare on May 06, 2017
Answer:
Thanks for the feedback, we haven't had reports of this happening to other customers but we'll see if we can improve things on the next product review.

Question:
Because of the height of the Henley Solar Garden Light, this has and is incredibly for clearly illuminating the steps up to my front door. Easy to assemble.
The only negative is that the so called warm light is actually quite a cold Xeon style colour. I would much prefer a warmer light. By Beth on Oct 26, 2015

Question:
We haven't had much sun since I got the light and I have switched it to power save. It does come on late afternoon for a while but I think I will have to wait for sunny days. It does look very nice and gives a good light. By Smythe on Dec 04, 2015

Question:
Bought 4 of these recently to replace several solar lights which were past their best (not "solarcentre" ones I hasten to add!)
They really are great and emit a lot of light even when the weather is cloudy. Just what I wanted to light the path and steps in my garden in the evening. Great service - arrived the next day. Will probably order more..... By Mrs.Hinton on Aug 10, 2016
